Nyamira Governor Amos Nyaribo has been impeached by members of the county assembly. 23 Members of country assembly out of 31 voted to Remove Governor Nyaribo from office.
The motion was initiated my members of county assembly citing allegations of gross misconduct, abuse of office, and irregular appointments.
This is the third attempt to remove him from office amid growing divisions within the County Assembly.
