Head Teachers are landing to a big blow after defying the directive by the ministry of education as directed by the education cabinet secretary prof George Magoha. According to Magoha, he directed all the head teachers and principals not to send Students at home on the basis of school fees.

However, head teachers are complaining that most Students haven’t paid school fees thus limiting the effective running of the school. According to head teachers, Students haven’t paid lunch fees for their stomach thus the institutions can’t be able to buy a stock of food stuffs to sustain them in school

Opposing the move, the head teachers have decided to send Students at home for school fees against the directive given by the ministry of education following the warning of education CS against sending Students home.

However, parents claimed to be give some time to raise school fees for their children following the effect of covid-19 pandemic that hitted their sources of income.
