688 people tested positive for Covid-19 from a sample size of 4522 over the last 24 hours; national tally now stands at 12,750.

A Journalist during the Health briefing on Covid-19 asked the health Cabinet secretary Mutahi Kagwe on what shall happen to Nairobi Senator Johnson Sakaja who was arrested for drinking during the curfew hours.
Mutahi Kagwe asserted that the bars that will be found opening during curfew hours they shall be closed down and their licenses shall be revoked.
He warned Kenyans against following politicians, however he insisted that the law shall take its course concerning Senator Sakaja’s misbehavior.
In Embu the County has established over 360 beds and an additional 18 ICU beds in readiness for the management of COVID-19. It is a great thing to see.
