The battle for supremacy between the deputy president and president Uhuru Kenyatta has led to a clash between the diehards of William Ruto and Uhuru.
This led to the formation of two teams that is Kieleweke a team in support of Uhuru Kenyatta and Tanga Tanga a team that rallies behind deputy president William Ruto.
In what happens to ignite a fresh battle within the ruling Jubilee party deputy president’s Ally Caleb Kositany came out guns blazing against the party leadership as he alleged that some individuals were gaining unfairly.
Caleb Kositany wrote a letter to Jubilee party leadership chaired by Raphael Tuju on behalf of more than 100 Mps and 500 Members of county assemblies who normally give their contribution to the Jubilee party.
“They must stop running jubilee like a kiosk.Our party has become a cash cow for a few,” Soy Member of parliament Caleb Kositany asserted.
The Jubilee deputy party leader made a demand to know about 12 Key issues among them: the approved budget for the 2016-2017, 2017- 2018, 2018-2019, 2019- 2020 financial years. Financial and Audit committee minutes and reports for financial years 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018- 2019, 2019-2020 include internal Audit reports for the same period
Kositany also demanded to Know the schedule of all county offices paid for the party for the year 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020 and include copies of lease agreements.
Schedule contributions by all elected leaders who include: members of parliament, Members of county assemblies for the financial year 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020.
The Jubilee Asili affiliated leader demanded that he should get the demands responded to within the next seven day as revealed that the period is achievable.
