Ruto Suffers A Setback As Matiang’i Held A Secret Meeting With Powerful Mount Kenya Leaders

In what happens to Weaken Ruto’s dominance in Central region Cabinet secretary for interior security Dr Fred Matiang’i held a close door meeting with Mount Kenya leaders on the 3rd of July.
Mount Kenya leaders who attended include Murang’a governor Mwangi Wa Iria, Senator Hon Irungu Kang’ata and Woman Rep Sabina Chege.

“Chaired a meeting between the Muranga County leadership – Governor Mwangi Wa Iria, Sen. @HonKangata, Hon. @SABINACHEGE, Honorable MPs and my colleagues CS Mutahi Kagwe, CS George Magoha, CS @JamesMacharia_ CS @ketercharles. We discussed National Development Programmes & Projects,” Matiang’i remarked.

Interior security cabinet secretary Fred Matiang’i revealed that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss on the development agenda of the mount Kenya residents.
However, Kenyans went on Twitter to shoot down the meeting between the cabinet secretary with the leaders from the mount Kenya region.
Mmvaria said, “Immediately after the handshake you met nyanza leaders and discussed development projects. Show us the results.”

“Mr. Matiang’i, my request to you, please talk to Kagwe, I believe that he is not for reopening the economy, to let Kenyans go back to work.We are suffering, “Benard Obuya remarked.
