Ruto Mourns As Raila Meets Mount Kenya leaders

Today was a very busy day in the political arena as the deputy president Dr William Ruto addresssed the BBI issue and Raila Odinga was visited by My Kenya Political leaders.

ODM leader hosted a council of eminent persons from Murang’a County.The Chairman of the council said the meeting in Bondo was not political.

Members say they visited to check on Raila who was unwell in July. RMS chairman Dr. SK Macharia was among those present.

Mt Kenya leaders visit to the former prime minister Raila Odinga cannot be termed as none political since it came at time BBI has Intensified.

This came as the deputy president Dr William Ruto attended the funeral service of the late Joe Nyagah.

Ruto said that Nyagah will be remembered as a progressive, selfless and tireless leader who took singular pride in service to the public. He said prayers are with the Nyagah family and their loved ones during this time of sorrow.

“We have lost a dedicated, vocal, responsive and development-conscious leader. Mheshimiwa Joseph Nyagah was charming, dependable and a devoted champion for a cohesive, inclusive and transformed Kenya,” Ruto asserted.
In a separate funeral, Ruto urged the BBI team to give Kenyans Copies to read so that they can understand it.
