The Jubilee party that was formed by the deputy president William Ruto and Uhuru Kenyatta before the 2013 presidential elections has been undergoing a series of challenges.
In what happens to widen the crack within the ruling party, yesterday the deputy president Dr William Ruto launched the Jubilee Asili center after meeting MPs and Senators who were kicked out of their leadership positions.
In an interview with Citizen TV Jubilee Secretary general Caleb Kositany said that the reason why they commissioned Jubilee Asili it because they want to bring together leaders who still believe in original jubilee Agenda.

Caleb Kositany, Deputy S.G. Jubilee said, “the members who were removed were not removed because of incompetence, the main reason is they are seen to be friends & still hold on the original dream which is why we have commissioned Jubilee Asili Center.”
The deputy president William Ruto posted on his social media pages photos of a meeting with leaders who were locked out of the Jubilee party.

“Had lunch with Jubilee MPs who were recently assigned other responsibilities in the party. Thanked them for exemplary service to the party and the nation. I implored them to continue focusing on Jubilee’s people-centered transformational agenda now and in the future. SOTE PAMOJA,” William Ruto remarked.
