Paul Pogba was in scintillating form as Manchester United won away at Fulham. The match played at Craven Cottage on Wednesday January 20 saw the Red Devils go back to the summit of the English Premier League.

The French midfielder was back amongst the goals as he hit what may be described as one of the best goals of his career.

United had started off slow when Fulham surprised them in the 5th minute. Ademola Lookman took advantage of their defense and gave Fulham the first goal of the game.

Veteran striker Edison Cavani, who played the whole 90 minutes of the game, capitalized on a mistake by the Fulham defense to draw Manchester United level halfway through the first half.

The teams were level at the break and Fulham came back stronger in the second half. They continued attacking and gave Eric Baily and Manchester United Captain Harry Maguire a nightmare.

A moment of magic from Paul Pogba was enough to silence Fulham as he pulled off a man of the match performance. His left footed strike in 65th minute sent United back on top of the League.

This win sees Manchester United settle in first with 40 points.
