Building Bridges Initiative spearheaded by President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM Party leader Raila Odinga is experiencing a steep hill Following it’s nullification by Court being termed as unconstitutional process. The five judges in high court made the ruling unjustifying Building Bridges Initiative process.

On the reservations made by high court judges, BBI amendment bill was done unconstitutional thus curtailing it’s move.

However, even as Raila and uhuru’s camp dominate in support of BBI bill, a disagreement was experienced in Raila’s camp where Raila’s ally Siaya Senator James Orengo opposes some clauses in BBI amendment bill.

After the devastating ruling by the court over BBI, the Attorney General Kiharu filled an appeal in court of appeal to challenge the ruling. Elgeyo Marakwet senetor Kipchumba Murkomen has hitted back on Appeal Case by the government linking to ODM majority leader James Orengo.

As per the statement of Murkomen, the reservation on matters of f BBI by James Orengo was well documented in the Senate with permanent public record. Orengo has warned for those planing to force James Orengo to lead BBI appeal case in court on matters he doesn’t even understand. Murkomen has has shows of his concern in politics on being forced to do something with limited willingness.

“The reservations of Sen.Orengo on matters BBI are well documented in the Senate Hansard which is a permanent public record.Don’t force him to lead the Appeal on a matter that he doesn’t believe in.Kweli siasa ni mbaya. You are forced into something&there is nothing you can do?,” Senator Kipchumba Murkomen stated
