ODM Edwin Sifuna Breaks Silence After Being ‘Chased’ From A BBI Meeting

ODM secretary general Edwin Sifuna broke silence after the Star newspaper published a report that he was told to leave MCAS BBI meeting.
Edwin Sifuna warned newspaper not sell using his name and that they should seize from publishing fake news.
“Ati? Hii “drama” mnasema mko na video wangwana @TheStarKenya ama ni gazeti mnataka kuuza na jina yangu? Wacheni za fake news,” Edwin Sifuna asserted.
According to news published on the website, rowdy youths chanted the word money and they even threatened to throw Sifuna out of the meeting as call him a stranger.
The western leaders meeting was attended by Cotu boss Francis Atwoli and governors, Sospeter Ojaamong (Busia), Wycliffe Wangamati (Bungoma), Wilber Ottichilo (Vihiga) and 270 MCAs drawn from Kakamega, Busia, Bungoma and Vihiga counties where the BBI brigade urged them to accept the Bill.
MCA’s drawn from the various counties were angry at Sifuna for neglecting their plight, only to come later to seek for their assistance.
Kakamega governor Wycliffe Oparanya had a rough time with Journalist when he tried to kick them out of the meeting in what viewed as a scheme to deny Musalia Mudavadi and Wetangula a chance to speak.
Devolution cabinet secretary Eugene Wamalwa’s intervention is what made Oparanya to allow journalists Back to the venue of the meeting.
