Controversial renowned lawyer Miguna Miguna has outbursts new details regarding running a public office while in exile. Canadian based Kenyan lawyer was deported from his mother county by Kenyan government over the claims of insultation.

 

Via his information he pinned in social media in twitter account, Miguna Miguna has called off Chief Justice David Maraga, the former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga, law Society of Kenya and other Constitutional lawys to affirms to him whether the Kenyan Constitution guarantee him the right to vie for public office from exile.

 

Miguna Miguna accused President Uhuru Kenyatta for violating court orders regarding the deportation. The court order had stated for the return of Miguna Miguna who had been deported to Canada.

“To CJ @dkmaraga, CJ @WMutunga, @lawsocietykenya, @waikwawanyoike and other constitutional lawyers: Given Despot Uhuru Kenyatta’s refusal to allow me entry to Kenya in violation of many court orders, doesn’t the Constitution grant me the RIGHT to vie for public office from exile?” Miguna Miguna penned

However, responding to his tweet, Kenyans shows off a bold support to Miguna Miguna’s statement and called him to fill the top position of Nairobi county following the impeachment of governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko by the Senate.
