Leak On What President Uhuru Told Legislators In Naivasha Amidst BBI: Murkomen

Elgeyo Marakwet senator and Former oustered majority leader of the Senate Kipchumba Murkomen has asked Narok senator Ledama Ole Kina to leak out what president Uhuru Kenyatta told group of legislators who gathered in Naivasha for major meeting regarding Building Bridges Initiative(BBI) move.

 

 

Senator Murkomen has landed on senator Ledama Ole Kina for not pinning in social media regarding his stand on building Bridges Initiative report.

 

According to Murkomen, senator Ole Kina has not shown off his stand over BBI proposal report, where  he indicated that Ole Kina is still working on opinion that the report proposals should be amended

“Bro @ledamalekina you haven’t tweeted today about your firm stand against BBI report. Are you still of the opinion that it should be amended? Did they beat the hell out of you in Naivasha ?What is this that UK told you ?” Kipchumba Murkomen penned

 

However, claims emerges that some legislators allied to deputy President William Ruto were not invited in the discussion held in Naivasha as only some legislators allied to president Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga were present.

The BBI reports spearhead by President Uhuru and Raila Odinga was officially launched for official move of referendum that shall initiate major Constitution amendment as per the reports proposals. However, some Leaders seems to oppose the report over the claims that it focuses on division of power to specific individuals as it despise others. They further claimed that the report doesn’t major on inclusivity as it set out other leaders in discussion platform.

 

President Uhuru Kenyatta had affirmed the main aim of Building Bridges Initiative as it focus on uniting Kenyans and eradicate the major wars that has been experienced due to disagreement arising in electoral cycle in the country.
