Kang’ata In Trouble, Uhuru’s Foot Soilders Come Out Guns Blazing On Mt Kenya BBI Popularity

Murang’a Senator Irungu Kang’ata’s letter to president Uhuru Kenyatta that addresssed on how the building bridges initiative was loosing popularity in Mt Kenya caused sharp reactions from Kenyans.
ODM party through the BBI Secretariat Co-chair Hon Junet Mohammed rubbished the Senator’s claims that the report was loosing popularity within the region.
Junet Mohammed said that the opinion poll that Irungu Kang’ata was speaking cannot be substantiated and is not based on facts.
Uhuru Kenyatta’s team seems to have been annoyed by the Senator said concerning the Building bridges initiative fate in the region on the year when we expect the referendum to take place.
National Assembly leader Amos Kimunya in an interview with Citizen TV remarked that Kang’ata’s lacks experience and is looking for attention from Kenyans.
Kimunya regretted that a leaked letter is not the best way to address the president concerning any issue affecting a certain region in the country.
The Majority leader at the national assembly went on and urged the leader to consider advising the president Uhuru Kenyatta privately and not using the public to speak to him in person.
Former Majority leader at the Senate Kipchumba Murkomen came to the rescue of Kang’ata and said that he will defend him if there arises any issue such as impeachment.
