His wife, <strong>Njeri Mwangi (Njerika)<\/strong>, reportedly waited over five hours at the ministry only to be told \u201cnothing was known\u201d about his case.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe raised the alarm the same day. They sent a letter three days later. The Kenyan government sanctioned my abduction,\u201d Mwangi declared, tagging Sing\u2019Oei.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Mwangi and Ugandan activist <strong>Agather Atuhaire<\/strong> were allegedly arrested in Dar es Salaam in May 2025. Mwangi claims he was abducted, tortured, and dumped near the Kenya\u2013Tanzania border.
