The recruitment drive, set for\u00a0August 2025<\/strong>, is part of the government\u2019s efforts to address staffing gaps in the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) and strengthen the rollout of Junior Secondary School education.<\/p>\n

According to TSC, the vacancies have been distributed equitably across\u00a0counties and sub-counties<\/strong>, with applicants encouraged to apply for slots in their regions of choice. A detailed breakdown of the available positions has been published on the commission\u2019s official website,\u00a0www.tsc.go.ke<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Successful candidates will be engaged as\u00a0teacher interns<\/strong>, a program that allows trained but unemployed teachers to gain classroom experience while supporting schools in need. Interns will be posted to junior schools and will work under the supervision of experienced teachers.<\/p>\n
