How Much Safaricom Makes Per Minute?

According to the Standard news paper issued on 30 April last year, Safaricom recorded a profit of Ksh 301 million profit within the past 24 hours. This means that the company makes Ksh 12.5 million shillings in every 60 minutes.
This is good news to the investors who bought Safaricom shares as they are meant to reap big.
Despite Safaricom having higher charges in the communication and internet services it has remained to be at the top. The company charges it’s customers Ksh 4 per minute whereas Airtel and Telekom 2 Ksh and 1.5 Ksh per minute respectively.
Safaricom is the leading telecommunications service provider company in East and Central Africa. The company has out shined it’s competitors in the communication Industry such as Airtel and Telekom.
Safaricom PLC has continued to support its customers during this Corona Virus pandemic. They recently donated about Ksh 200 Million to support the vulnerable people in the society who had lost their livelihood due to the effects of the Corona Virus pandemic in Kenya. Yesterday the company announced that they had recorded a Profit of over Ksh 74 billion in the past financial year.
