Fresh Details On Maraga Impregnating A Woman And Abandoning The Kid Allegations

The Chief Justice of the republic of Kenya David Kenani Maraga landed in another controversy after a woman came out to claim that they sirred a child with him but Maraga has abandoned the Kid.

Mary Kwamboka stormed Milimani Law courts and demanded for her Justice, she claimed that her cry for a fair hearing had landed on deaf ears and she has continued to suffer with the child.

On the other hand Maraga’s team through their lawyer Omari disputed the claims and he revealed that the allegations can’t be substantiated but they are aimed that tarnishing the Chief Justice’s name.

Omari asserted, “We have had a perusal and due deligence of the annexures that have been filed to accompany this. For those who have access to the birth certificate.. there is no registrar known as Shamwata in the whole country nor has there been an officer with the name N.P Otieno.”

The matter stirred reactions amongst Kenyans as some defended him whereas critics attacked him and demanded for Justice for the Woman.
“If CJ David Maraga is the father, then he should pay child support.. If Mary Kwamboka is lying, then CJ Maraga should sue her for defamation. The case is a personal matter. It has nothing to do with Maraga’s function as Chief Justice. Nimesema ukweli ama nimedanganya?” Nashon Kimemia
