Children’s Courthas dismissed a case filed by a 30year-old woman against Chief Justice David Maraga.
Mary Kwamboka had caused drama at the Milimano Law Courts last month while claiming she had been barred from a suit against the CJ for child support.
The court found out that the matter was not properly filed as she failed to pay sh.655 fee.
Ms Kwamboka alleged in court documents that she conceived the child in 2013 while accusing him of abandoning his parental responsibility.
She wanted the court to compel the CJ to giving her a monthly child support to cater for the child’s education, medical expenses, food, clothing, house rent, entertainment and a house manager.
She claimed that Maraga had frustrated her attempts to file for child support.
Later it was discovered that the mother and child’s records did not exist in the registrar of births.
Maraga’s lawyer, Mr. Omari, dismissed the suit as part of the campaign against him.
Lawyer Omari linked the drama to Maraga’s succession and current differences with the Executive that involve appointment of 41 Judges.
