DP Ruto’s Ally Boldly Supports BBI Proposals Demanding For Quick Approval

Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi who’s a major ally to Deputy President William Ruto has come out supporting some segments of BBI proposals seeking for quick discussion and approval by legislation. However, despite of the release of Building Bridges Initiative report yesterday, some political leaders have come out opposing the report over the claim that it’s of benefit to minority and not Majority.

In his Facebook page, the Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi, shows off his bold support to four proposals by BBI report to youths asking to be brought Before legislation for discussion and approval. According to MP Sudi, he supported seven year tax holiday for youths owning businesses, the removal of impendiments of starting enterprises.

In his statement, Sudi supports proposal of four years of grace period of repayment of HELB loan by loanees and reduction of the cost of doing business.
Sudi affirms that if indeed the four proposals are genuine, then can be presented before legislation by BBI taskforce for the discussion and approval terming them as important issues.

The Building Bridges Initiative was present on Wednesday to president Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga at Kisii State lodge a day after Mashujaa day celebration at Gusii stadium in Kisii. Raila asked citizens to take their time by going through the report and raise their issue.
