Nyamira Governor John Nyagarama Succumbs  To Covid-19

Council of Governors are in mourning state following the succumb of Nyamira county Governor John Obiero Nyagarama due to covid-19. Nyagarama had rushed to Nairobi hospital after he had contacted with covid-19. Nyagarama succumb on Friday night at Nairobi Hospital while under medical care.

On Sunday, governor Nyagarama was in Intensive Care Unit on life Supporting Machine battling with covid-19 complications. His condition was Critical and deteriorated where his family members were called on Monday.

However, reports acertains that governor Nyagarama had been battling with high blood pressure ailment for a long time. Nyagarama reportedly to be seen in public a day after Mashujaa day celebration in Gusii Stadium in Kisii County on 20th October 2020.

It’s reportedly his deputy Amos Nyaribo had tested Covid-19 positive but fortunately recovered. This emerges following the upsurge of covid-19 in the country. Positive cases seem to escalate on daily basis. Government is employing measures in a bid to curb the further spread of the disease.
