Big Blow As Turkana County Records Another 3 Covid-19 Cases As Total Cases Shoots 7,886 Countrywide

The health Chief Administrative Secretary Rashid Aman has announced another 3 covid-19 cases in Turkana County. According to his address at Afya House, the CAS affirms that the 3 cases were all reported from Turkana west. This comes after Kenya records another 309 covid-19 positive cases that shoots total cases to 7,886 countrywide.
In his covid-19 state briefing at Afya House, CAS Rashid Aman confirms that 4228 samples were taken from different centers were 309 individuals found positive. Rashid Aman Futher stated that 189,263 total samples has so far taken since the entrance of covid-19 in Kenya.
According to CAS Rashid Aman, among 309 covid-19 positive cases recorded, 217 are male while 92 are female. The oldest among those found is aged 83 years while the youngest is a child of one year old. Rashid confirms the discharge of 51 individuals who recoverd from covid-19 turning the total number of recoveries to 2287.
Unfortunately 1 patient succumbed bringing the total deaths to 160. Additionally, CAS Rashid Aman asked Kenyans to adhere to containment measures in a bid to curb the spread of covid-19 pandemic in the country.
