Hon Ngunjiri Wambugu urged leaders to be loyal to the parties that secured their election to parliament as he stated that it was wrong for leaders to work against their own parties.

He went on to say that the government should give them a fair chance to be heard despite of them having different ideas.
“Democracy requires that the majority have their way and the minority their say; let us be listened to, let us be given the opportunity to share our frustrations and ideas…” – Mithika Linturi, Meru Senator remarked.
