Arsenal opened the year with a stunning win away from home against West Bromwich Albion on Saturday January 2. The Gunners beat their hosts West Brom 4-0 to confirm their third win in a row. This helped them climb up in the premier league table. They are now in position 11 with 23 points while West Brom are still in the relegation zone at position 19 with a total of 8 points.
