Mt Kenya Breaks Silence On Ruto Raila Coalition

The pact between Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka, KANU Gedion Moi and Amani national coalition brought tension in Raila’s camp.

Raila Odinga’s team felt that the alliance being built by the three leaders might be government sponsored.

The possibility of Uhuru Kenyatta betraying the former prime minister Raila Odinga fueled the debate concerning Ruto-Raila coalition.

Oburu Odinga was the first person to speak about Raila Odinga working together with Raila Odinga in the upcoming election.

Siaya Senator James Orengo ruled out such possiblity since the two leaders have different ideologies and political ambitions.

Uhuru and Raila Odinga’s renewed bromance has caused more confusion amongst most political commentators in the country who have found it hard to predict what will happen in the 2022 elections.

In Kenya there are no permanent political enemies or friends, the former prime minister Raila Odinga worked Ruto in 2007 before they parted ways later on.

Mt Kenya region is very interested to see what direction the two leaders will take in the upcoming election.

A section of Ruto’s allies from the region have ruled out the possibility of the Coalition between DP and Raila since it will cost him greatly.
