Updates: London, Matungu, Kiamokama And Huruma By-elections
Voting is currently going on in Kabuchai and Matungu for the member of parliament seat, Kiamokama in Kisii, Huruma in Eldoret, Kitise Kithuki in Makueni and London in Nakuru for MCAs seats by-elections.
London ward UDA’s aspirant Anthony Nzuki casted his vote at Millimani Primary polling station in Nakuru, met with Langata MP Nixon Korir and Senators Kipchumba Murkomen and Susan Kihika.
The London & Hell’s gate wards in Nakuru County by–elections is expected to be a supremacy battle between rival Jubilee factions with Ruto allied UDA seeking to stamp its popularity as major party.
In Matungu by-election UDA candidate Alex Lanya spoke after voting and asked voters to observe Covid-19 rules.
Former CS Rashid Echesa accuses IEBC officials at Bulonga polling station in Matungu of barring their agent to witness the voting.
